According to The New York Post Vladimir Putin sat down with the Hollywood actor and noted green celebrity Leonardo DiCaprio after his International Tiger Conservation Forum. Celebrity gossip sources noted that Leo’s plane suffered frightening engine problems during the first leg of his flight. They claim the plane also had possible mechanical troubles again that have not been substantiated, but sources seems to confirm thatDiCaprio had an unplanned stopover in Finland due to turbulence when high winds made flying an unsafe and even more unsettling proposition.
“Not everyone would be willing to take a plane again after what Mr. DiCaprio experienced, but he did,” Putin confessed in a private press briefing. “Here in Russia we call such a person a ‘real man.’ If Wildlife and tiger conservation is in the hands of people with such character, we are destined to succeed.”
